Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell says today has been declared “Virginia Tech Remembrance Day” to mark the 5th anniversary of the Virginia Tech shootings. An official moment of silence will be held at 9:43 a.m. After that will come the ringing of the Capitol Square Bell Tower once for each of the 32 victims in the massacre.
