Alicia Gaston, 20, of Cincinnati, OH is facing a rape charge for allegedly raping the seven-year-old son of her boyfriend, The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Cincinnati police say Gaston has confessed to engaging in sexual intercourse with the boy on April 10, 2011. A state entity charged with protecting children said they never knew of the incident, or why it took so long for the case to be reported.
