There have been a trend in cases of cannibalism popping up around the country, but this one may be the most gruesome. According to Global Grind, San Antonio police has accused Otty Sanchez, 33, of beheading her 3-week-old infant son using a knife and two swords. After the attack, Sanchez ate part of the child’s brain and bit off three of his toes, according to police.
Not much information is certain because the police say that the details of the story are “too heinous” to fully discuss. The mother claims that she killed her son because the devil told her to. She been charged with capital murder and is being held on a $1 million bail.
