Jessica Thompson (pictured), 23, of Richmond, Virginia stands accused of seducing a 15-year-old boy on MySpace and later having his baby, the Palladium-Item reports.

Police charged her with sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class B felony. The arrest warrant was issued on Monday and Thompson appeared in court on Friday for an initial hearing. She will stand trial on Oct. 9.

Thompson began chatting with the boy via MySpace when she was 22-years-old. The juvenile and Thompson told cops that the boy said he was 18 during their online chats, according to police reports.
