A New Jersey woman has pleaded not guilty to second-degree reckless manslaughter on Tuesday, more than a year after the man on whom she allegedly performed a penis enhancement procedure died, The Star-Ledger reports.

Kasia Rivera (pictured), 35, of East Orange, who has no medical training, allegedly injected silicone into the penis of 22-year-old Justin Street at her home on May 5, 2011. The substance reportedly went directly into his blood stream, shutting down his organs. He died the next day.

She was charged in December after a local coroner ruled his death a suicide. A grand jury indicted Rivera last month. If convicted, she could face ten years behind bars. Though it has not been confirmed, Rivera looks as though she has undergone surgical procedures on her face that she performed herself or someone else.
