3 Bronx Teens Accused Of Hazing, Sodomizing Teammate Receive No Contact Order [VIDEO]

Thomas Brady, 16, Pier Berkmans, 16, and Boubacar Diallo, 17, three track stars at the Bronx High School of Science who pleaded not-guilty on February 28 to misdemeanor charges of forcible touching and assault, as well as charges of second-degree hazing and harassment, have been ordered not to contact their alleged 15-year-old victim, reports the New York Times.

“In this case, you can’t call, text or communicate through the web,” Judge Jeanette Rodriguez-Morick told the boys. “Other than contact at school, no contact. Do you understand?”

The young victim detailed horrifying encounters with his tormenters, who stood laughing around with friends before they entered the courtroom to face the judge.

The boys’ freshman accuser says the teens have bullied him in the locker room since December, holding him down to sodomize him with a finger and pushing into him from behind.

“You need a good fingering, you freshman,” Diallo, 16, said before he used his finger to penetrate the teen though his shorts while he was held down, a criminal complaint said.

In a separate incident, Berkmans, 17, said to the freshman, “Touch my penis for three seconds or I will rape you,” according to the complaint.
