James  Everett Dutschke, the man arrested in connection with letter mailed to President Obama as well as two senators, waived his bail hearing this morning.

Dutschke, 41, was arrested last week after authorities found traces of the poison on his dojo. Dutschke is a Tae Kwon Do instructor. The case will be taken before a grand jury. Initially, Dutschke implied is innocence by telling reporters he was cooperating just to clear his name as a suspect.

However, upon searching his home and former facility, authorities found masks, latex gloves, a coffee bean grinder, which they believe he used to make the ricin as well as a printer believed to have been used to print the letters. Additionally, undercover FBI agents reported suspicious activity after witnessing Dutschke load his car and dump trash in a different location.
