(Washington, DC) – President Obama and former President Bill Clinton will talk about the implementation of the healthcare reform law next week. Presidential spokesman Jay Carney said the two leaders will give a talk at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City. President Obama will be in New York for the annual fall meetings of the United Nations. Meantime, Carney flatly rejected Republican claims that Obamacare is costing jobs and causing healthcare costs to rise. He said there is clear evidence that healthcare costs are falling.
