The Chicago father accused of duct taping his daughter and uploading a photo of her to Facebook, says the picture was a joke that has now been “blown out of proportion.”

Andre Curry, 21, was charged with aggravated domestic battery after one of his Facebook friends forwarded the photo to police.
Curry’s lawyer, assistant public defender Anand Sundaram, said he believes his client was just playing around with his daughter and said he has no history of child abuse.
