The Maryland Legislative Black Caucus is calling on Governor Larry Hogan to temporarily halt the awarding of licenses in the state’s medical marijuana program as foxbaltimore.com reports. A state commission recently issued preliminary licenses to 15 companies interested in growing medical marijuana and 15 companies interested in the processing of pot.
