First Lady Michelle Obama is apparently inspiring women to start their own arms movement. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons says that more than 15-thousand people, 98-percent of them women, got an upper arm-lift in 2012. Women are paying more attention to the arms of female celebrities and the most admired arms of all belong to the First Lady.
