Textbooks Africa Collecting textbooks and school supplies for schools in Africa. The non-profit organization has been doing this since 2003. A Books & Notes Tailgate Family Festival will be held at The Bull Run Winery, November 17, 2013 from 12:00pm – 6:00pm. The festival will include face painting, silent and live auctions, appearance by a former Washington Football Team player, wine tasting, food, music and more. The event is “free” and open to the public.
