(Baltimore, MD) – Maryland’s new health insurance exchange website continues to run at a snail’s pace. Visitors to MarylandHealthConnection.gov are able to log on, but the system jams as they try to create a user account. Officials attribute the problem to the high volume of users flooding the site. Similar problems have occurred at websites around the U.S. as people try to sign up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
