Nakia Jones wanted to become a Cleveland police officer to serve and protect her community but the rash of police shootings has her speaking out. In a passionate Facebook Live video, Jones details the reasons she became n but tells “racist” police officers who are afraid or are one with a “God complex” need to leave the force.

Jones also pleads to the African-American community come together to make their neighborhoods safer and to stop the violence. In a span of around 48 hours 2 black men, Alton Sterling of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Philando Castile of Falcon Heights, Minnesota were both killed in police-related shootings.
