Some parents at Mount Royal Elementary/Middle School in Bolton Hill are upset their children are in school when the temperatures outside are as hot as they were on Monday as reported by foxbaltimore.com.

Tabitha Johnson reluctantly brought her son to school that morning.

“Nobody wants their children to sit in a room that is 90-something degrees,” said Johnson. “It’s like keeping an animal in a car.”

The Baltimore City School District says 76 of its 162 buildings have no air conditioning.
