As if Baltimore City needed any more negative press here’s yet another. According to 24/7 Wall Street, LLC it named Baltimore City America’s fourth most dangerous city and the study focused on several main factors which was a rise in violent crimes in urban areas: a poor relationship between the police and community, a weak economy, and a declining population.
