The Baltimore City Police Department is considering the use of fingerprints as a punch in/out type of timeclock to control the enormous abuse of overtime.

According to Baltimore Police Spokesperson T.J. Smith, “Once this technology is in place, your fingerprint is essentially your time card. Instead of punching the clock, you’ll be scanning the clock.”
