Baltimore City police have released video from an officer body-worn camera of a traffic stop showing Marvin McKenstry Jr. of Baltimore being pulled over on Aisquith Street on April 13, police said. He was allegedly double-parked. The video shows McKenstry refusing to comply with the officer’s requests to produce his license and registration before he is given several citations.
The union representing Baltimore police officers is asking the mayor to reconsider her appointment of the chair of a police oversight panel after he refused to cooperate with officers during a traffic stop.
