After days of rain in Baltimore brings flooding to much of the area.
Most of the flooding in the city was along the Jones Falls, causing some businesses to evacuate and in Mount Washington due to high water.
In Baltimore County, two adults and one child were rescued from a stuck school bus in Sparks.
