Based on exit polls, NBC News is projecting Democrat Gov. Tom Wolf as the winner of Pennsylvania’s gubernatorial election.
Wolf faced off against businessman and state Sen. Scott Wagner. Wolf was running for his second term. He had a healthy lead in virtually every poll taken before the election, according to reports.
The polls had barely closed before Tom Wolf was officially re-elected governor of Pennsylvania.
