There are new recommendations for funding education in the state which may lead increases in your taxes, depending on where you live.
Education advocates pushed for a $3.8 billion plan to boost statewide school funding over the next decade.
It’s a plan endorsed by the Maryland State Education Association.
No word yet on what Governor Larry Hogan thinks about it.
