After the Washington Football Team released Josh Norman & Paul Richardson Al Galdi wants to know if lessons are being learned from these failed Washington Football Team signings.

In 2016 the Washington Football Team gave Norman a five-year, $75 million contract that included $36.5 million guaranteed at signing. In 58 games over four seasons with the Washington Football Team he generated just seven interceptions, eight forced fumbles and 43 pass defenses. Norman finished the 2019 season with one interception, one forced fumble and six pass defenses.

The Washington Football Team signed Paul Richardson in 2018 to a five-year, $40 million contract with $12.5 million guaranteed at signing. Richardson played in just seven games in 2018 & ten games in 2019. He had 48 receptions for 507 yards and four touchdowns with the Washington Football Team.
