Ambassador Quao, a medical doctor, claims the colonists never left Africa and it’s time for members of the diaspora to return to save the continent. Ambassador Quao, through her African Diaspora Development Institute (ADDI), has outlined a plan to plug members from the diaspora into different areas needed by African states.
