There’s a new chief of staff at the White House.  Introducing William Daley, the President called him a talented public servant.  Daley was a Commerce Secretary during the Bill Clinton administration.  Daley said he’s proud to answer the call.  While Daley and Obama both call Chicago home, the two men have never worked together before.  Obama’s first chief of staff, former Congressman Rahm Emanuel, exited late last year to run for mayor of Chicago.
