(Washington, DC) — Here are the latest school and government closings and delays for Tuesday, February 1, 2011.

SCHOOLS:

VIRGINIA:

Loudoun County schools — 2 hour delay
Stafford County schools — 2 hour delay

MARYLAND:

Kent County schools – 2 hour delay, no morning pre-school
Anne Arundel County schools — 2 hour delay
Howard County schools — 2 hour delay
Montgomery County Schools — 2 hour delay, no morning half-day programs
Queen Anne’s County Schools — 90 minutes late, no a.m. pre-k
Carroll County Schools — 2 hour delay (will re-evaluate at 7 a.m.)

COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES:

Anne Arundel Community College — opens at 9:30 a.m.

GOVERNMENT:

Office of Personnel Management says federal agencies are open – employees have the option of Unscheduled Leave or Unscheduled Telework
