(Dulles, VA) — An employee at a Dulles International Airport bookstore is under arrest after police say he tried to shoot video up a woman’s skirt .TBD News reports that 26-year-old David Solomon of Reston used the illegal practice of upskirting on a passenger traveling through Dulles last July. The alleged victim’s fiance reports the couple was riding an escalator at the time. A search of the suspect’s home turned up evidence of other instances of unauthorized filming.
