MICHIGAN — Security was stepped up at Michigan’s Port Huron Northern High School after a “hit-list” was found scrawled on the wall of a bathroom that used racial slurs against African-Americans and threatened to injure eight students.

Superintendent Ronald Wollen said an increased police presence would remain Tuesday at the school as a precaution, but that classes would go on normally.
