(Upper Marlboro, MD)  —  The Prince George’s County Council is getting set to vote on a budget for the 2012 fiscal year.  The budget plan for the next fiscal year does not include raises for any of the county’s six-thousand or so workers.  But it does include a raise for the council, as well as county executive Rushern Baker.  Council members already make more than 96-thousand dollars a year  —  the most of any similar body in the state  —  for what’s considered a part-time job.  A vote is scheduled for 11 a.m. in Upper Marlboro.
