(Manassas Park, VA) — A Manassas Park man has been arrested on charges that he had sex with a 15-year-old runaway. Twenty-six-year-old Hugo Ernesto Benavides Diaz is charged with two counts of carnal knowledge of a child, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Manassas Park Police say Diaz had sex with the teen between December and the time of his arrest this week. Diaz has been taken to the adult detention center, where he is being held without bond.
