(Washington, DC)  — The DC area will be under a heat advisory again today from noon until 8 p.m.   The National Weather Service says temperatures will reach the mid 90s this afternoon and heat index values should be between 100 and 105.  Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments is forecasting Code Orange air quality conditions, meaning those in sensitive groups should stay inside as much as possible.
