Funeral Arrangements Made For A Local Mother & Daughter Murdered

Washington, DC- Due to an “out-pouring” of community support, the funeral of a 20 year old woman and her eleven-month-old-daughter will now be held at Temple of Praise Deliverance Church Friday, June 10th, 2011 starting at 10:00am.Forty-one-year-old DC Cop Richmond Phillips is accused of killing Wynetta Wright and then allegedly leaving her daughter Jaylin in a hot car to die.  Phillips is being held without bond.  The Funeral Arrangements Are As Follows:
