(Washington, DC)  —  It took more than 100 firefighters to knock down a massive house fire in the 3000 block of Chain Bridge Road.  Fire officials say the blaze in the three-story home began around 8:30 Wednesday evening.   Firefighters initially faced water supply problems in the area, an issue DC Fire Chief Dennis Rubin says will be investigated.  Neighbors say the home belongs to former DC School Board President Peggy Cooper Cafritz, who was not home when the fire broke out.  One firefighter suffered minor injuries.  There’s no word yet on a cause of the blaze.
