Maryland Man Due In Court In Aruba

(Undated)  –A Maryland man is due in court in Aruba today for a closed hearing regarding the disappearance of his travel companion, Robyn Gardner. Gary Giordano is suspected of killing Gardner while they were vacationing together on the Caribbean island.  Prosecutors are expected to file criminal charges against Giordano and ask the judge to keep him behind bars while they continue their investigation.  Giordano claims Gardner vanished while they were snorkeling together off the southern tip of the island.  Gardner has been missing for two weeks and is presumed dead.
