Four Georgia women are suing a nursing company because they say their management wouldn’t send Black nurses to take care of white patients.

The women claim Accord Services violated their civil rights by screening the nurses based on their race. The nurses claim that their leaders said that they were “too ghetto,” or “too Black,” for their clients.
“Before placing someone in a position, I was blatantly asked in front of a group of people what color is she or how old is she,” Tracee Goodman said, who is a former Accord Services Human Resources employee.
