(Washington, DC) — A DC Police lieutenant, who already faces a charge of DWI, could soon be facing more serious charges. WJLA-TV reports that Kenneth Hargrove was off-duty and not driving a departmental vehicle early Saturday morning when he was arrested on “K” Street after a response to a call for a man with a gun. Witnesses say Hargrove got into an argument with another motorist who turned out to be another off-duty officer. Police were called when someone reported that Hargrove pulled a gun because he was upset that the other officer was driving too slowly.
