President Barack Obama, First Lady Michelle, and the rest of the Obamas were serenaded this past Tuesday by none other than Justin Timberlake during a concert honoring Memphis soul music.

The concert which is a part of a series hosted by the White House called “In Performance at the White House”, also featured appearances from Mavis Staples, Queen Latifah, and Charles Musselwhite. Timberlake who was born and raised in Memphis, spoke to students in a workshop preceding the concert about music.

The concert is one of many promotional appearances that are proving very favorable for the singer who’s The 20/20 Experience broke sales records. The audience couldn’t help but sing along to the heartfelt performance.
