Apollo Nida (pictured), of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and husband of Phaedra Parks (pictured), is facing years of prison time for his recent arrest on charges of bank fraud and identity theft. Now the father of two is reportedly out on bail, but the stipulations are so strict that, if violated, he could wind up back in jail at the drop of a hat, reports Radar Online.

Nida, who was released on a $25,000 bail, after being charged on Jan. 23, must actively seek employment, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online. The 35-year-old also has to report to a probation officer frequently. He also had to surrender his passport.

Reportedly, Nida cannot leave Atlanta without receiving special permission from probation officials and, if granted, he must be accompanied by a supervisor.

In addition, Radar Online reports that Nida should not even think about committing an illegal act or else risk landing back in a cell. He cannot also be associated with any illegal drugs or use alcohol. And if he has any guns, he must surrender them.

If Nida fails to comply with any of the specified terms of his parole, the document states that violations “may result in the immediate issuance of a warrant for your arrest … and could result in a term of imprisonment, a fine, or both.”

Nida is certainly no stranger to prison life, having served five years of his 18-year prison term from 2004 to 2009 for racketeering.

Despite Apollo’s legal issues, Phaedra says she is standing by her man.
