High School Teacher Accused Of Having Sex With Student

(Alexandria, VA) — An Alexandria man who works as a teacher in Prince George’s County is accused of having sex with a student. Police say Mark Jackson had an inappropriate relationship last year with a girl in his ROTC class at Charles Herbert Flowers High School in Springdale. Detectives say the 43-year-old drove the 16-year-old to his Alexandria home to have sexual encounters. Police arrested Jackson after the girl’s suspicious mother taped a revealing conversation with him. It’s unclear whether he still works as a teacher.
