Both he and Dr. Welsing contend that if you don’t understand how the system of Racism/White supremacy works, then everything else you think you understand will only serve to confuse you. Neely claims we need a code when dealing with the oppressor because they have a code when dealing with us anywhere in the world. Dr. Welsing puts it another way if you are doing anything that the oppressor would approve of, then you are caught up in the system.
