(Washington, DC) — Riders on Metro’s Red, Blue And Orange lines should expect delays of up to a half-hour this weekend due to track circuit repairs and track maintenance. On the Red Line there will be no trains serving the Fort Totten Metrorail station due to track circuit repairs. Red Line trains will operate between the Shady Grove and Brookland-CUA Metrorail stations and between the Glenmont and Takoma Metrorail stations from 9:30 Friday night until the midnight closing on Sunday. There will be free shuttle buses available to riders. On the Blue and Orange lines customers traveling between the Eastern Market and Stadium-Armory Metrorail stations should add at least 30 minutes to their trips as Metro conducts bridge maintenance on the aerial structure outside the Stadium-Armory station. Blue and Yellow line riders should add 45 minutes of travel times as Metro conducts prep work for a major project at the Pentagon City Metrorail station.
