WASHINGTON – It’s back to work for the D.C. Council this week.
Some say they’re returning for a new session still in a strained relationship with the Mayor.
Last spring, it was those baseball tickets.
Now, the Council Chairman says he and others are being used as scapegoats in an effort to fire D.C. school teachers.
