Kuzma joined the Wizards in 2021 when the Los Angeles Lakers packaged the former, NBA All-star along with Montrezl Harrell and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, in exchange for Russell Westbrook. Kuzma has blossomed into a key contributor and leader. Known for his versatility, Kuzma has showcased an all-around game, averaging 19.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game during his tenure with the team.
Middleton, 33, spent the past 11 seasons in Milwaukee and was a key member of the Bucks’ championship team in 2021. He is averaging just 12.6 points per game this season — his lowest average since 2013-14 — as he continues his recovery from offseason surgery on both ankles.
