(Washington, DC)  —  Charges have been dropped against a wheelchair-bound man who tussled with Metro Transit Police.  The State’s Attorney’s Office is reviewing the incident, which was caught on video.  It appears to show the officers lifting Dwight Harris out of his chair and forcing him face-down on the sidewalk.  The confrontation happened last week outside the “U” Street Metro station.  Metro says the man was drunk and refused to leave the area.
