(Alexandria, VA) — A former Osbourn High School teacher has been sentenced to 25 years in prison. Kevin Ricks admitted to producing child pornography and molesting at least nine young boys. U.S. Attorney Neil MacBride says Ricks seduced the children with alcohol. MacBride says Ricks was at it for more than 30 years. Ricks was arrested in 2010 on suspicion he sexually abused a 16-year-old boy. One of Ricks’ victims, Christopher Payne, says he lost his childhood.
