Amariyanna Copeny --- the 9-year-old girl who famously asked Barack Obama to help with the water emergency in Flint, Michigan during his presidency last year --- called out President Donald Trump for neglecting to help end the crisis as well as his immigration actions.
The incident occurred following the alleged stealing of a cell phone, which sparked a "verbal altercation" leading up to the event.
