Metro-Use Poll Finds Majority Support

More than six out of ten Metro riders approve of the transit system. In the “Washington Post” survey, most said Metro is currently a pretty good deal but becoming too expensive. They also felt that trains are too crowded, rides take too long and that service disruptions have become routine.
