Howard University could be facing a possible downgrade in its credit rating The “Washington Post” reports Moody’s is considering several factors in the possible downgrade including lower enrollment numbers, a drop in business at the school’s hospital and automatic budget cuts in Congress that would cut the school’s funding by 25-million-dollars. Moody’s rates 282 private colleges and universities, of which 185 have an A rating.
