BMI Trailblazers Awards Honor Bebe & CeCe & Mary Mary Feb 21st On TV One

The BMI Trailblazers of Gospel Music Honors will celebrate some of Gospel’s biggest artists on TV One.

Founder of TV One and Radio One Cathy Hughes talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about the exciting line up for the show and rewarding songwriters and artists for their work in the music industry.

“I’ve been on the BMI board 12 years now. I’m the chairperson on the board which pays artists for their intellectual property. Last year we paid them $1B. But there’s a tribute to Mary Mary and Bebe & Cece Winans. We are really excited!”

Yolanda Adams will host the event and fans can expect to see performances by Keke Wyatt, Tasha Cobbs, Jonathan McReynolds, Tamela Mann, Kelly Price and more.

The BMI Trailblazers of Gospel Music Honors air Sunday, February 21 at 7PM ET.
