The President of Programming at BET, Stephen G. Hill shares his favorite moments with Prince, his first concert and the network’s tribute to the iconic legend with the Tom Joyner Morning Show.
“One of my favorite stories of Prince…It was 1994 in Minneapolis. He had us over at Paisley Park. We went upstairs, and it was plush rugs everywhere. The thing I remember most is that he had a VHS copy of his 1988 Lovesexy Tour.”
On Prince’s eating habits:
“He was a very strict Vegan. It looked as good as it tasted. And he only drank water.”
