Roland Martin talks to Detroit Free Press‘ Rochelle Riley about Detroit’s massive bailout for the school district in the city.
“Legislation passed a $617M package to save the school which as necessary and right. But only $25M will go to rebuild the schools and only $7M will be used this year,” Riley said. “The other money is going to pay off the debt.”
